Turistikum, a company with over 23 years of tourism experience

TURISTIKUM Ltd., a Slovenian company with over 23 years of tourism experience and family tradition, dating back to 1905, is the largest family-owned villa rental company in Slovenia! We began working in tourism in 2003, initially with camper and RV management and rentals. In 2004 we expanded into yacht charters and other accommodations, and in 2005 we purchased our first house – Villa Sistiana - officially starting our villa rental business.

Today we own four villas and manage several more for other owners. We are also one of the first companies in Slovenia to rent villas, long before Airbnb or Booking existed. Of course, we also list our houses and villas on those platforms, where we consistently receive excellent guest ratings between 9.0 and 10 every year.

In 2017, we expanded further by becoming co-owners of a luxury boutique 4-star hotel in Ljubljana – Hotel Vault Ljubljana.

Over the past 12 years, we have also grown into property management, consulting, trip organization, catering, villa co-sharing and event planning. We organize parties, weddings, team-building events, and many other types of gatherings at our villas and at our hotel in Ljubljana.

We also offer guided tours of Slovenia, Croatia, Venice, Vienna, Dubrovnik and other surrounding regions. Through our partners and agencies, we provide car rentals, golf reservations and training, vine-testing tours and virtually everything else our guests may desire!
